According to the CEO of Landmark Africa Group, Paul Onwuanibe, the unveiling of the apartments had recorded a major stride towards stepping up Nigeria’s real estate sector and international property investment.

He said, “Las Vegas today has drawn millions of visitors and trillions of dollars in wealth to the US. It was a desert city built on gambling, vice and other forms of entertainment, the same as Dubai in UAE, which today continues to be one of the fastest-growing destinations for tourists. The total value of real estate transactions in Dubai in today is more than $50bn.”
