A movie director and public relations practitioner, Samuel Olatunji, aka Bigsam, has said he aims to make Nollywood proud with his new movie titled, ‘Plan C’.

He stated that the principal photography of the comedy movie, which was shot on Sony Venice 2 camera, would be the first time such camera was used in Nigeria.

In a statement sent to Saturday Beats, the filmmaker said, “The movie tells a kind of story that Nollywood would be proud of. It is comedy told with a depth of story, technical deft, and notable performers that will grip viewers from the opening scene to the last.

“We took our time to weave it layer upon layer because the scale of the story prompted us to have a sequel planned.”

Actors in the movie include Nkem Owoh, Akin Lewis, Yvonne Jegede, Adebola Adeyela, aka Lizzy Jay, Bimbo Akintola, Faithia Balogun, Uzor Arukwe, Frank Donga and Kelechi Udegbe. Others include Bianca Ugowanne, Greg Ojeifua, Ayo Badmus, Jigan Babaoja, Mama No Network, Westy Baba, Lydia Lawrence Nze, and Maryjane Ogu.

It was produced by Wale Muraina, Lizzy Jay, Bianca Ugowanne, and Olukanmi Abayomi, aka Abazee; while Yvonne Jegede served as an associate producer.
